The relief of muscular tension is simply one of the biggest benefits of the Universal Reformer. It is movement in opposition with the springs, that creates resistance to ensure the muscles get flexible and stronger. The initial inspiration clearly came from Joseph Pilates' vision of making Pilates accessible to everyone. He advocated for straightforward, easy-to-follow instructions and used publicity to show that no extensive background was necessary.

We've observed that our teaching and guidance approach gave independence to our clients. They learn the exercises and come to the studio using the space as their own gym for their personal workouts, of course always with the presence of an instructor. 

This concept has extended to home studios, supporting the autonomy of the workout experience.

우리는 교육 및 지도 접근 방식이 고객에게 독립성을 제공한다는 것을 관찰했습니다. 고객은 운동을 배우고 물론 항상 강사가 있는 상태에서 개인적인 운동을 위해 그 공간을 자신의 체육관으로 사용하여 스튜디오로 옵니다.
